Melorem Shop LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Melorem Accounting Agent, an internal software tool used solely to connect our own QuickBooks Online account to generate financial reports for internal business use.

Who this applies to

This tool is used exclusively by the owner of Melorem Shop LTD. It is not available to the public and does not collect data from customers, website visitors, or any third party.

What data we access

The Melorem Accounting Agent connects to our QuickBooks Online company file to read:

• Profit and loss data
• Purchase and expense transactions
• Invoice and customer payment records
• GST/PST tax information

How we use this data

This data is used only to generate internal financial reports (weekly summaries, tax calculations, and bookkeeping suggestions) emailed to the business owner. No data is shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party.

Data storage

Financial data is not permanently stored by this tool beyond what is needed to generate a report. Access credentials are stored securely in a local environment file and are never shared publicly.
