End-User License Agreement — Melorem Accounting Agent

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Melorem Accounting Agent (“the Tool”), a private software tool developed for and used exclusively by Melorem Shop LTD.

1. Purpose
The Tool connects to Melorem Shop LTD’s own QuickBooks Online account to generate financial reports, categorization suggestions, and compliance flags for internal accounting purposes.

2. License Grant
Melorem Shop LTD is granted a non-transferable, internal-use-only license to operate this Tool for its own business accounting needs. This Tool is not licensed, sold, or distributed to any other party.

3. No Warranty
The Tool is provided “as is.” While it is designed to assist with bookkeeping and tax organization, all financial figures and suggestions should be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified accountant or bookkeeper before being relied upon for tax filing or financial decisions.

4. Data Access
The Tool requires read access to QuickBooks Online data to function, and — where explicitly approved by the business owner — limited write access to apply approved categorization changes. No change is made without explicit, manual approval from the business owner.

5. Limitation of Liability
Melorem Shop LTD assumes full responsibility for reviewing and approving any suggested changes made through the Tool. The Tool’s developer is not liable for financial decisions made based on its output.
